Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Element Express, Inc. (“Restock Base,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or organization using the Restock Base warehouse and inventory operations service (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Accounts and Organizational Authority
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that users you invite have appropriate roles and permissions.
The Service is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. Warehouse owners and administrators are responsible for managing access to their organization’s operational records.
Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights.
- Upload malicious code or content you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Interfere with the Service or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens it.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, inventory, shipments, or other operational records.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of product, inventory, client, employee, shipment, label, and other information submitted by you or your organization. You must review generated labels, reports, and shipping information before relying on them.
The Service, Software, and Third Parties
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your organization’s internal operations while your account remains authorized. Restock Base and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain owned by us or our licensors.
RestockBase Connect and other downloadable components may receive updates needed for compatibility, reliability, or security. Third-party carriers, marketplaces, email providers, storage providers, printer systems, and other integrations are governed by their own terms and availability.
We may maintain, modify, add, or discontinue features. We work to provide a reliable Service, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, failures, security events, or circumstances outside our control.
Data and Privacy
You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or its users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Service Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated operational records will satisfy every carrier, marketplace, tax, regulatory, or customer requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Terms, revise the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when reasonably required.
